We resolve employment law issues and conduct employment law cases for our regular clients. We mainly assist employers. In matters of termination and dismissal, it is a prerequisite that we know the decision-makers and what motivates them.

Leverandørenes Utviklings- og Kompetansesenter (LUKS) is a regular client, which we assist with their legal issues. Currently, LUKS is concerned with the framework conditions for suppliers when they deliver goods on municipal land, as they usually do in the country's cities.

Aust Agder Jernmalmgruver is another regular client that we represented in the Supreme Court in a special criminal case where Aust Agder Jernmalmgruver was charged with extended employer's liability in the event of the death of another employer's employee. The legal basis for this was section 2-2, paragraph 2 of the Norwegian Industrial Relations Act and the definition of the concept of main enterprise. The main company concept was first established in our case by the Supreme Court in 2018, after it was introduced in the Working Environment Act of 1977.
