Corporate law

Corporate law is one of our core areas. We regularly work with company organization, financial relations, including capitalization and financing, as well as company changes such as increases and reductions in share capital, demergers, and mergers.

We have been involved in major restructurings (in the traditional sense of the word), such as those of Oslo Boligeiendom and Mosking. In the most extensive restructurings, we have taken on roles as board chairman and/or CEO.

We have experience with investigations of transactions and accounting practices, both within the scope of the Public Limited Companies Act and outside the law.
