Constitutional and Administrative Law
Constitutional and administrative law is a cornerstone of Kristensen’s legal thinking and advisory services. We assist private entities in matters of constitutional and administrative law when dealing with government and administrative authorities.
A key practical area is planning and building law, in which we have deep expertise. We work with or against planning decisions, including litigation. Building law is just as central. We assist when issues arise and frequently collaborate with building authorities.
Legislation and regulatory drafting can be seen as a form of cooperation with public authorities. For private entities, we prepare proposals for laws or regulations and participate in public consultations. Currently, we are working on amendments to two specific regulations under the auspices of the Suppliers’ Development and Competence Center (LUKS).
Litigation is a crucial aspect of working with constitutional and administrative law. We assist in dispute resolution, with court proceedings as a last resort. Cases often revolve around administrative discretion and abuse of authority.
