Kristensen works with litigation and is admitted to the Supreme Court.
He has a background from Wiersholm, where he worked with litigation in various fields of law, such as administrative law and special types of contracts such as power supply, construction and offshore contracting, shipbuilding, etc.
In his role as General Counsel at Kistefos, he worked with corporate law (including M&A), stock exchange law and securities trading, including derivatives, real estate, shipping and financing.
Since establishing his own law firm, Kristensen has carried out restructurings of distressed companies on behalf of banks or major creditors. He has held and holds the position of chairman of the board in such contexts.
